To prepare an astrology consultation we ask for your name, contact number, and your date, exact time and place of birth. If you contact us by email or through the enquiry form, we also receive whatever details you choose to share in your message.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Bookings made through our online booking link are handled by that booking provider.
How Your Information Is Used
Your birth details are used solely to prepare and conduct your consultation. Your contact details are used to confirm appointments and to reply to your enquiries.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Anything discussed during a consultation is treated as confidential. Client names, situations and charts are never used as examples, publicity or teaching material without explicit permission.
Data Retention
Consultation notes and birth details may be retained so that follow-up consultations can refer back to earlier readings. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Third-Party Services
This website links to an external appointment booking service, WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply to the information you provide there.
