Refund & Rescheduling Policy

An individual consultation is ₹1100 for 30 minutes. The fee covers the astrologer's time, the study of your chart and the guidance given during the session.

If you cannot attend your appointment, please tell us in advance and we will move your booking to the next available slot at no extra charge.

If you do not attend and did not inform us beforehand, the slot is treated as used, since the time was reserved for you.

Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable. Astrological guidance is a professional service delivered at the time of the session, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

If a session could not be conducted for a reason on our side, you may choose either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of the amount paid.

Where a payment was made through the online booking provider, refunds are processed through the same payment method and may take a few working days to appear.

Remedies suggested during a consultation are recommendations only. Any items you purchase elsewhere on the basis of that advice are governed by the seller's own return policy, not ours.
